Step-by-Step Instructions
- Flatten the coffee filter on a protected surface or tray.
- Color the filter freely with bright markers.
- Mist the filter lightly with water and let the colors bleed and dry.
- Roll a small piece of scrap paper or tissue into a ball and place it in the center.
- Gather the edges of the filter around the ball to give it a round, puffed-out body shape.
- Wrap a rubber band or string tightly around the base of the puff to secure the center ball.
- Glue googly eyes onto the puffed body to finish your round puffer fish.
