Those of you who may not be familiar with the controversy around children and the value of giving them space in a classroom to explore make believe... well it is a thing! this is one of the reasons while I am not sold on Montessori being the end all for all children. I also think there is room for those children is build the ability to partake in imaginative play - there are actually children who do not.
