He Started by Painting on Newspaper

As a little boy growing up in Brazil with a big family, Romero did not have money for expensive art supplies.
Because he could not afford real canvas paper, he drew and painted on old scraps of cardboard and newspaper instead. [1, 2]

He Made a Giant Pyramid in London

Romero does not just paint on flat paper. He makes huge outdoor sculptures too!
He once built a giant four-story-tall pyramid in London's Hyde Park that used 1,500 liters of bright paint.
