My name is Robin Norgren, M.A. and I am here to help make Montessori philosophy more relevant in the classroom. Boredom helps: When kids have free, unstructured time, their brains have to invent games and stories all by themselves.

Peak age: Research shows that a child's natural, unguided creative expression often hits a high point around six years old.

Process over product: Praising a child's effort and how they make a choice matters more than what the final craft looks like.
